As a college community, we find ourselves in a unique moment in history as we navigate the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Geneva College leadership, faculty and staff are committed to cultivating a living and learning community consistent with our mission to equip students for faithful and fruitful service to God and neighbor. But considering the current moment, we know that to do so requires a vigilant and unified effort.
We follow guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control as well as state and local authorities in establishing preventive and responsive protocols. We assemble leading experts from across the country to be part of our COVID-19 Advisory Board. And our Campus Emergency Response Team (CERT) meets regularly to consider and develop a “playbook” to respond to situations as they develop, and pivot as needed. Together, we prioritize the health and safety of our campus community.
This website is a guide to help our community know what we should be doing to mitigate the virus and care for ourselves and one another in the best ways possible.
This Geneva College COVID-19 Information Center is a hub for protocols and information in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
